At dualpixel we teach people from all levels, but we do not adopt the terms "basic" or "advanced" to classify our courses. We understand that the most important thing is to enable students to carry out projects in a creative and efficient way, using the best and most adequate resources of each software and thus reaching levels of productivity and competitiveness that will differentiate it in the market.
Therefore, for each course we inform the desirable prerequisite to participate in it. I can't imagine a designer during a project saying - "Boy! I just did an intermediate level task in InDesign!"
Each person has a need for learning and life routine, so dualpixel offers four different class modalities.
It can be done provided that you give 3 (three) working days notice.
After this date you can:
- Reschedule upon payment of 5% of the current course fee.
- Indicate someone to participate in your place.
Within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase cancellation can be requested and there will be no retention of amounts, as long as requested by email, before the start of the training.
From the 7 (seven) days mentioned above, there will be no refund.
- If you have purchased more than one course at the same time, consequently if you benefit from a discount granted to the Package and wish to cancel the purchase partially, the discount will be recalculated so that we can retain the amount corresponding to the course taken or to be taken.
In case of absence during the course, the classes will be considered as taught, not giving the right to replacement or refund of values.
The certificate of completion of the course will be given to the student who has a minimum of 75% attendance.
